AS for my diet and exercise. 1. Salad with lunch and supper.
2. Fresh vegetables as often as possible.
3. Run... Run... Run... Shoot for an average of 5 miles per day.
4. Monitor my weight and keep it under 200 pounds.
5. Set and make my Doctor appointments on time!

I was going to take Christmas day off and not run. However, I got a complete running outfit - trunks, shirt, headband and bicep bands. I even got a pair of shoes.

I guess that my friends were telling mr how proud of me they are. So, I ran a 10K on the treadmill...

Keep up the good work!

I follow your posts. I want you to succeed, so let us know how you are doing!
Keep us posted!

Steve - those are all obtainable goals and can be reached. i like your list. so many times people set goals for themselves that can't be reached (whether it is weight loss goals, financial goals, ect). great!
